COVID-19: Understanding consumers and brands in 2021
As we approach the one-year mark of our new reality, consumer reaction and adaptation continue to evolve. Join the Kantar UK team on Tuesday, 2nd February at 14:30 as we share our views on what 2021 means for consumers, brands and organisations.

In 2020, we shared our COVID-19 segmentation – six distinct groups in the UK – whose differing attitudes and behaviours were a critical lens for brands and organisations to understand both in the short- and long-term. We’ll be exploring how behaviours have evolved and how our COVID-19 segments have changed with the turn of the year and the roll out of a vaccine.

This session will provide a clear understanding of the implications and recommendations for brands in how they target, communicate and provide reassurance to different consumer groups.
